- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. Families can browse, reserve up to three toys at a time, and pick them up curbside at no cost. We only charge for premium features like unlimited reservations and priority holds.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Absolutely. Both Family Plus and Shop Partner are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel in your account settings and you will not be billed again.
- What happens to my reservations if I downgrade?
- Any active reservations beyond the Free plan limit will remain valid until their hold period expires. After that, the Free plan limits apply.
- Do toy shops pay a commission on sales?
- No. The flat monthly Shop Partner fee covers everything. We do not take a cut of your sales because we want local shops to keep every dollar.
- Is there a family annual plan?
- Not yet, but we are working on an annual option with a discount. Join the waitlist and we will notify you when it launches.
